Just want to let you know how much I appreciate all you did for me when purchasing a home in Palm Desert.

Being from out of state I not only didn't know what to expect price wise but also needed to be educated in other areas of your real estate market.

Not knowing anyone in real estate there we were very blessed to have had you as our realtor.  You work the entire area not just one gated community and you were willing to spend whatever time necessary so we purchased in the right area for us.

Thank you for taking a week of your time when I was there and then more time in closing because of our living out of state.  While anything can be done with FAX, emails and overnight service it gave me peace of mind knowing you were on top of everything including arranging the inspection, working with the other realtor, and the escrow company on our behalf.

Wish we knew lots of people wanting to buy or sell in the desert because we would love them all to experience a good transaction like we did.

When we are ready to sell this place and acquire another we will be calling you to once again to help us out.  I know that you would be that "special" agent who would fairly handle representing both a buyer and seller on a property.
